XP on 8Mhz/20Mb RAM
25 February 2007 in Random tidbitsThis is what I call a complete waste of time, but the folks at winhistory.de created a project where they were looking for the weakest system where you can run Windows XP.
They have managed to get it working on a Intel Pentium clocked down to 8 MHz with 20 MB of RAM. (The installer won’t work with less than 64 MB, but after installing you can remove memory.)
Take a look at the project website, where you can find pictures and details.
