Search within Google Reader
13 June 2007 in Blogging & Random tidbits
Google Reader is by far my favorite RSS reader, but a single feature puts Google product behind several alternatives: Search.
It’s unfortunate, that a product from the biggest company in search engine cant offer a way to search through feeds.
Complains aside, there’s now a simple way to do this.
Using Raúl Ochoa Greasemonkey script, you can easily search feeds indexed by Google Gears (limited to 2000 items).
Its not practical, but for those that can’t way until Google adds its search, Ochoa’s script can help.
